NoTurnonRed
A full-service creative studio that treats the NYC traffic sign as a dare. Most intersections say stop — this one says go anyway, in every medium you can name.

Kaiwen Chen ↗Identity.
The name is a red sign, but the studio is the green light. Every mark breaks the rule on purpose — tilted letters, off-kilter baselines, signal colors borrowed straight from the street. The wordmark scatters "ntor" across three rows so you read it the way you obey a street sign: only if you look twice.

Four panels, four colors, four words. Read left-to-right, top-to-bottom: no — turn — on — red. The brand takes the instruction apart so each word gets its own signal. Green says no, yellow says turn, white says on, black says red. The order is wrong on purpose.

Capabilities.
The studio is intentionally full-stack. One intersection, seventeen lanes — spanning brand systems to Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner installations to app UI. Same wheel, two signal states: red holds, yellow goes.
